Magicians, musicians, food vendors and community organizations lined the streets on Wednesday August 14, 2013 as part of the city’s 18th annual Downtown Celebration. The annual event, which began in 1996 as a celebration of the completion of the downtown’s first phase of street beautification projects, took place from 5:30 to 9 p.m., on Main, Eagle and Holden streets.
